• You will receive an order confirmation via email once payment is completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• The product is unavailable.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3–5 working days.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary seasonally or due to postal delays.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot replace orders lost due to incorrect information.

• Bulbs are shipped on a 48 hours service, if bulbs are not to be planted immediately upon delivery please store in the fridge between 4-10 degrees C until ready to plant.

All orders are sent via trusted couriers or Royal Mail. Once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

We are not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or damage caused after dispatch, including:

• Parcels left outside, in sheds, porches, or with neighbours.

• Parcels left at your request in a “safe place”.

• Parcels not collected in time from a depot or post office.

• Damage caused by weather (rain, frost, heat, etc.) while awaiting collection.

Please ensure you provide a safe, dry delivery address or instructions for where the parcel can be left securely. If your bulbs are delivered while you’re away, it’s your responsibility to ensure someone can take them in promptly.

We take great care to supply high-quality bulbs that are true to name and variety.

All bulbs are inspected before dispatch. Although we do offer a 100% flowering guarantee, please note that flowering success depends on planting, care, and environmental factors beyond our control.

If your bulbs arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Due to the perishable nature of bulbs and plant material, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the goods have been dispatched.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis-described products.

Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel before dispatch, email sales@wrightandwild.co.uk with your order number.

We are not liable for:

• Any loss or damage caused by planting, storage, or misuse of bulbs.

• Failure to grow due to unsuitable conditions, pests, or weather.

• Indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
